  • Delivery and Collection Charges
    Delivery and collection beyond 5KM will incur a fee of MYR1.50 per KM. Customers will be informed of additional charges for delivery and collection. An additional fee of MYR15.00 per trip for delivery and collection before 08:00 and after 17:00.
  • Driver’s Age and License Policy
    Drivers must be aged between 23 and 65 years old. Other nationals holding valid driving licenses in English are allowed to drive in Malaysia for a maximum of 3 months. Provisional license holders will not be accepted.
  • Minimum Rental Period
    The minimum rental period is one day (24 hours). Extensions exceeding 6 hours will be considered as a full day’s rate.
  • Mileage Policy
    The maximum mileage allowance is 200KM per day.
  • Vehicle Collection
    Please bring a copy of your identification card/passport, driving license, name card, or relevant documents to verify your workplace/home address. During vehicle collection, renters are required to inspect for any damages or missing parts on the vehicle. If renters notice any damages or missing parts before taking the vehicle, please inform our staff immediately. Any damages or parts not reported earlier will be considered under the renter’s responsibility.
  • Insurance & Excess
    All vehicles are fully insured under a standard motor vehicle policy. However, renters are liable for excess not exceeding MYR2,000 (Group A), MYR3,000 (Group B), MYR5,000 (Group C), and MYR10,000 (Group D). Renters can reduce the excess to MYR500 (Group A-B) and MYR1,000 (Group C-D) by purchasing optional Excess Protection for MYR20.00 per day (Group A), MYR30.00 per day (Group B), MYR40.00 per day (Group C), and MYR50.00 per day (Group D). All insurance and excess protection do not cover damages or losses due to careless actions, negligence, unauthorized or improper use of the vehicle. Insurance and excess protection also do not cover tire punctures, burst tires, fuel errors, battery damage due to disconnected electrical devices, and loss or damage to vehicle accessories. Accidents or damages only apply to collisions between two moving objects. Any damages while the vehicle is stationary will be the full responsibility of the renter and will incur excess and additional protection above. For damages involving third parties, renters are required to obtain information from the third-party driver, including the driver’s name, IC/Passport, driving license, and vehicle registration number. If claims cannot be made against third-party insurance, all damages will be the renter’s responsibility and will incur excess or additional protection above. Renters are reminded that damages underbody and overhead are their own risks at all times. All insurance and excess protection are invalid if the vehicle is driven on uncovered and unpaved roads. Renters are required to contact our representative to inform us of any accident or car theft incidents. Police reports must be made within 24 hours after the accident or since you discovered the theft or loss. Police reports must be obtained in writing.
  • Deposit
    The security deposit will be refunded after 14 days or earlier if the rental car is returned in good condition and free from any calls from any Malaysian authorities.
  • Penalties
    Smoking is prohibited in the car. A penalty of MYR300 will be imposed for cleaning unpleasant odors. All traffic fines/parking fines (if any) will be the responsibility of the renter. A fine of MYR50 will be imposed if the customer fails to pay the fine within the specified period after we send the notice. For long-term rentals, renters are responsible for returning the car to our nearest branch if the car is serviced. We reserve the right to charge MYR1.00 per KM after 500 KM exceeds the service limit.
  • Speed Limit
    The speed limit for highways in Malaysia is 110 KM/h, while regular roads are 90 KM/h. Please drive carefully and obey traffic rules.
  • Returning the Vehicle
    Please inform us if you wish to return or extend the rental.
  • Cancellation Policy
    All cancellations must be notified 24 hours before the reservation date. We reserve the right to charge a full day’s rent for cancellations less than 24 hours. In case of early termination or before the rental agreement period ends, the renter is not entitled to a refund of any portion or part of the charges.
  • Sales & Service Tax (SST)
    Effective September 1, 2018, the Sales and Service Tax (SST) will replace the Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Malaysia. Renting and driving cars are among the services subject to service tax. The Service Tax rate is set at 6%.
